Monticelo Homes, Inc.has been designing and building high end custom and luxury homes since 2004. Owner, Steve Mendoza has been in the construction industry for the last 20 years and has much experience in all aspects of the construction process. His true passion has always been to design and build high end homes.  So in 2004 Monticelo Homes, Inc. was started. 

Before Steve Mendoza started Monticelo Homes, Inc., at the age of 22 he was half owner and president of MCE, INC. a heavy construction and trucking company that employed over 40 employees. It involved road construction, mass excavation, storm drain, sewer and water installation, construction of private land development for some of Albuquerque's larger home builders, projects also included Public Works for Government entities.
